Board of Directors
Nezul Be Hunuyeh Child and Family Services Society is a non-profit organization governed by an eight-member Board of Directors. The Board is comprised of three Directors appointed by Tl’azt’en Nation, three Directors appointed by Nak'azdli Whut'en, and two Directors appointed by Binche Whut'en.
The Board provides governance, strategic direction, and oversight to the Executive Director, ensuring the Agency fulfills its mission, vision, and responsibilities to the Nations it serves. The Board's role is to provide organizational governance and oversight and does not participate in or intervene in individual child welfare or case management matters.
