Collaborative Practice and Permanency Worker

We are seeking a Collaborative Practice and Permanency Worker to join our team at Nezul Be Hunuyeh Child & Family Services in Prince George. The successful candidate will play a multifaceted role facilitating work within Guardianship, Youth Transitions and Post Majority, Family Services, and Resources service lines. This work will focus on gathering the circle and facilitating family/community planning meetings that relate to prevention, reunification, transition to independence, and permanence. While the position is based in Prince George, regular travel to Fort St. James and the communities served by Nezul Be Hunuyeh is required. A full job description is available upon request.
